Sky box does not anymore

From not being able to assess my apps to the box not working to the remote not woroking. replaced batteries, resest the box and turned all off an on. nothing is working anymore

@Rudi+W  Does your box power up at all, can you see a red light?  Can you see a green light when you press the remote?

i've now updated the box software. its is pretty hard to find. glad im not IT literate. feel pity for people who are no IT specialist..
