I have tested internet from hub after turning off all equipment the sky a the internet tv and all other items I can watch tv but not able as it states to connect to internet on sky a I have checked mini and it states that it is co to internet but does. To have any signal from a box

@mariadarbyshire Apologies but your post is a bit difficult to follow, which box is stating no internet? Main Q or Mini?
