Sky Talk Fault

Hi,

 

 My Sky Talk hasn't been working for the past few days (can't make outbound calls (landline handset displays 'line cord error'), inbound calls made from my mobile handset either present an indefinite 'ring' tone (with the landline handset not ringing at all in reality) or I am presented with the 'number unavailable' tone). I have followed all of the steps in Sky's help guide: https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/fix-problems-with-your-phone/cant-make-receive-all-calls to no avail. I suspect the fault resides on the Openreach infrastructure beyond the master socket. Would you be able to check/escalate this please?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and they may get in touch with you later about this.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble on the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to instigate the private chat or it will close automatically so don’t miss this opportunity. Please make sure that your email/private message notifications are switched to ‘on’ to avoid missing the alerts. Replies on the chat aren’t instant so keep checking the chat thread regularly.
