Sky Superfast 35 and Anytime calls after activation - Buzz on line, Internet disconnect & slow speed
After upgrading to Superfast 35 with Anytime calls. Three Problem exist -
1. I can make & receive calls but there is constant buzzing on the line.
2. I notice the Internet light on the router turns to amber when Telephone calls terminated and then returns to normal.
3. My guaranteed speed is 9.2 Mb/s. This morning it was 6.4Mb/s. I am aware this will fluctuate during this initial period, but 6.4Mb/s seems very slow!!
My upgrade was from Sky Broadband Unlimited with BT anytime calls to Sky Superfast 35 with anytime calls and sky line charges.
No changes have taken place with my home configuration.
Can you help identify the problem?

@H+H+B Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
