Sky Store Downloaded Film
HI, I downloaded a film using Nectar Points to watch on my laptop, I had a problem with watching it so contacted Sky on a Live Chat last weekend, I was advised to download some software to solve the issue, which I did and then I started the film to check that it was working, which it was, however I went to put the film on last night to discover it has now gone from My Library due to the fact that apparently after you press play you only have 48 hours to then watch it! Does this mean then that I have now lost my film and will not be able to retreive it??

You will need to rent it again and of course this means paying for it again.

Although as always @caesarome is correct - it can do no harm to ask the Skystore team if they will make an exception and offer you a free rental. They understand mistakes happen and are usually quite fair.
