Can you put us out of our misery and confirm that those channels that come first 401, 402, 403... actually say HD in the channel names in your programme guide?

First photo is SKY Sports HD 401

2nd one is ITV HD 103

third one is Sky Sports HD 401

All from the SKY Q box same settings. Clearly see the ITV picture is much better. All from the World Cup Qualifiers so should be the same source for the broadcaster.

Ring sky and tell them then they will send someone out to look at it for you them might even change you box for you with if they do you will lose all your recordings

@luke+12 But it's exactly the same Satellite Signal that everyone gets, there is no "refresh" as you put it.  You either get a signal or you don't there is no in between. 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
