Sky SD wrong ITV region

My old fashioned Sky SD (not Sky+) box has recently started giving me ITV Central regional news on channel 103. I live in Cornwall. The post code on my Sky account is in Cornwall. My BBC news comes through correctly as BBC South West. What gives? Why am I suddenty getting the wrong region for ITV and is there a way to correct it.

@Will-UK ITV has stopped some of the SD variants if there is a HD version too, ths is down to ITV not Sky. Therefore you will get  an SD version that is not part of your area. If the region no longer exists in SD then there is nothing you can do about it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

All is explained here, so as you can see Central West will be your new ITV SD channel.

This happened back in April and I just noticed!. Well that shows how often I watch ITV news then. Many thanks, I will get my coat now.
