Sky Rewards. Whats the point. I am a "Platinum" customer and have been with Sky for years. I pay around £115 every month (unless I buy Movies on line with Sky) and each month I get an email to tell me of the wonderful offers I get for being a Platinum customer. The "Rewards" are truly garbage unless I am invested in fly fishing 300 miles away or a cheese tasting course in Scotland? Of course I am being sarcastic, but any customer who receives the emails will know what I am talking about. I would really be interested in knowing what the take up rate is giving the amount of customers who recieve this email, my guess is less that 5%. When Idris Elba starting advertising the offer, we used to get free movies and items that were useful, of late, utter garbage. Do better Sky, or simply don't bother. Life is tough enough, and the rewards are a waste of time.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs these emails seem to be winding you up why not change your account settings to stop them as regarding Sky VIP if you don't buy into the hype then you will not be disapointed.

Sky are unlikely to divulge any data on that and certainly not via the forum.

Thanks for the comments, a little obvious on both accounts, but a brand as big and as profitable as Sky, I just would have expected better, or just don't do it. Obviously marketing information is a sensitive matter and unsubscribing is always an option.......but I just would have expected better. Just my opinion.
