How do I stop sky q automatically switching off ?

Hi @five5four4 

It will switch off after a period of inactivity if set to ECO or Active standby.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-standby-settings 

 

You can set the Standby mode to None but it shouldn't be left continuously on.

With standby mode None you still need to put the Q box into Standby with the remote (Amber led on the box) when the box is not in use.
