Sky Q box won’t turn on

My SkyQ box won't turn on. It gets to the 'when the screen turns blank press home to get started' with a pulsing blue Q button. It stays like that for ages then goes back to the previous Hello  screen and then starts all over again. I've tried turning everything off and back on again and it does the same. I've also updated the software but can't get past the blue screen. 

Any help would be appreciated.
