Have you phoned Sky as they will refund your Sky Q payment so will be back into your account sometime next week,

@Gary1234567 it will normally be refunded automatically to your bank account (or card) around 6 weeks after your Sky Q account ended.

Hi,

 

I switched from Sky Q to Glass but reverted back within a couple of days due to issue, switch over was quick and no issue at all, however I am in the same position of paying for Sky Glass and Sky Q at the same time, I have got a credit also in my Glass account I was just wondering how long it would be before my refund was processed, thank you!

As stated by @Mark39 in the post above you it can take 6 weeks or quicker if you call.
