Sky Q on demand services not working.

sky Q fitted yesterday but no on demand services working. It just says I need to upgrade my subscription. Spoken to sky twice now and I have tried everything they have asked us to do and still doesn't work. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Very frustrating.

Hi there, we are aware of some customers who are experiencing this issue with the on demand. 

If you have followed all the online steps and suggestions, then it is most likely part of the known issue we are investigating. We hope to get it resolved in a software update soon.

  • Are you trying to download in HD when you only have SD available in your package?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

  • Call them and ask if they will perform a "callback" it's a means of refreshing your Sky Package implementation.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

Thank you, they did this yesterday. They said it could take up to 4 hours to work but still nothing today.

I'm having the issue again where it's telling me I need to upgrade my package when I try to download on demand shows but I do have the required subscription? I've done the software update etc and still won't work. Can anyone help please? Thanks
