Sky Q mini connection help!

Hi all!

I have had a Sky Q and Sky Q mini for a number of years. One thing that seems to be consistent over the time, is the reliability of them staying connected to the internet. As you can imagine, the Sky Q mini then decides not to work at all without the connection.

We are using BT broadband at the moment, and don't seem to have issues with any other device other than the Sky boxes. The main Sky Q hub is down stairs at the opposite side of the house to the Mini box, which is 2 floors above. I was wondering if anyone could suggest anything to help strengthen the connection between the 2. We have 2 booster boxers throughout the house also. I also have a Powerline from TP link (just the one) which I have just purchased in a bid to work. However just the 1 currently.

Any advice/suggestions would be amazing, as we spend most of the year, not being able to watch sky on the mini box.

Thank you in advance!

Lee
