Sky Q mini box

I have a skyQ mini box turns off for a few seconds and then turns back on. I have gone through all the online stages but nothing has solved the problem.

Does it feel hot/warm at all?  Sometimes electronics shut down if they get too hot.

Thank you for your post. After an hour on the phone going through various options etc, an engineer was booked. It turned out after the engineer was called that it was the new router that was at fault and not the Sky Q mini box.
