Installation

Hi I'm on the old sky + box and looking to upgrade and move across to sky q. Are sky now sending installers into the home or is it more DIY?

@Doyle11  They are sending installers to peoples homes, they would need to especially if you're upgrading from Sky + to Q as the LNB at the end of the dish would need to be changed for Sky Q.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
