Sky Q installed today. not all packages available ??

Sky Q installed today,

When we try and watch catch up says need to up grade,  same for movies and teh free kids programs.

Just come of standard Sky 1 t box to new package.   We were able to view previously.  followed all self help instructions on web site with no change 

 

Any one help ?

@nigjay there is a bug where not all packages are on the card on new installs. Mostly they turn up within 24 hours if they dont give Sky a call as they need to sort it from their end.
