Sky Q home move without internet

Hi all

we are due to move house and have booked our Sky Q home move but our broadband provider can't switch us over until the week after this date. Whilst I understand the online features such as box sets won't be available, will Sky still be able to do our Q home move without internet?

@Foxesjon they can do as in the past engineers have used a hotspot on their phones to set Sky Q up where there has been no internet access


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile
