Asking for a discount from Sky is like asking Euromillions Lotto to let you win. Unless you can prove beyond doubt that the fault is with Sky, they believe their system is perfect. We are now experiencing loss of sound for 5 to 10 seconds plus more pixelation. If the tests with Panasonic prove that their TV is not at fault, then I might purchase a Freesat box to replace Sky. If that is perfect, Sky will have a lot to answer.
