I was expecting a Sky Q engineer to install a dish and tv box today between 12:00 and 17:00. It's now 18:40 and I haven't heard anything; no text, no updates on Order Tracking.
Will they still come? Will they come tomorrow?
Will I have to reschedule for a visit next week instead?

Hi @MickC1979 You will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor about your order.

The issue has been resolved, and I have a new date for a visit.
