Sky Q defaults to Sky intros

Why is it that after I finish watching Recordings, Sky has automatically switched to Sky Intros channel with extremely annoying and extremely loud music. It's so frustrating. Is there a way to change this? Thanks

@Ziestaul  It shouldn't be doing that unless that was the last channel it was on, after watching any recordings it should revert back to the last channel watched.

I would try the age old power down for 30 seconds, then reboot the box.  See if it continues to happen.

Hi there, I agree it should revert to the last channel watched but it doesn't. This usually happens when I've bee watching Recordings for a while..... Have powered down before but doesn't change it. Has been happening a while. Just wondered if this happened to anyone else. Thanks for responding though.

It always happens if I've gone straight from a live UHD broadcast to a recording.  When going back to live TV it goes to 998.

I believe it's a bug Sky are aware of and not a box swapping issue.

Thank you so much. Yes had just finished watching Sky Sports ultra HD. Hadn't made the connection. Now I know will change channels before watching recordings. Thank you again!
