Sky Q box is excessively noisy and emits a loud hum after being on for an hour or so. Sky no help.l

My new SkyQ box emits an high pitched hum after being on for an hour or so, I can hear this noise from some 5 Metres away.

Requests for help from Sky have produced no help.
