Sky Q box flashing red and amber

The sky box was non responsive so I unplugged it. It's now flashing amber and red and the screen says it's updating 1 of 2. Home WiFi is working fine. It's been doing this for 24 hours now. Any ideas? I've unplugged it 3 times now and it does the same thing each time
