What date is the final time you are able to activate the 3 month trial of Sky Q's UHD service?

Eh? No idea what you are on about. Offers can be account specific depending on what your current subscription contains, and can be withdrawn randomly. The only way to find out is to call Sky and ask them.

Because we don't understand what trial you're referring to. We either have the UHD pack in our subscriptions or we don't. We know nothing about an activation period.

I think it's an offer via the VIP programme but not seen it myself either.
