Hi all,
We've had Sky Q set up for the past week with no issues but as of tonight unable to connect to internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Original connection is Sky Q via Ethernet to patch panel which connects to ASUS RT-AC88U in router mode. The router is connected to the OFNL via WAN.
Have had no issues with this setup until tonight, when I'm unable to connect via both wireless and wired.
The ASUS router is on firmware 3.0.0.4.386_46065 and DHCP is set to automatic. For clarity, I have total connection on all other devices.
So far I have tried:
-Turning everything off and on
-Disabling wireless nodes in Sky Q advanced settings
-Checking for firmware updates, none available
-Searched Sky forums but found no solutions
Thanks in advance,
Matt

I have exactly the same problem have you had any joy?
I was thinking about setting a static up address but not sure how to do this.

In the end another hard reset of both devices fixed the issue. Not sure if a long term solution but the issue hasn't occurred again yet. I have heard that ports 5-8 can be dodgy on the 88u so I'm going to try the others also.
