Sky Mobile Swap explained?
Hi
I can now swap my iPhone 11 Pro for the 13 pro, but i'm still payer £27 for my current phone until November. If I swap does that get consumed somehow or would I be paying for the new phone/data package and the £27 a month?

Re: Sky Mobile Swap explained?
Usually when swapping if you have 12 months or less left on your phone then Sky will give you a set amount for it and that will be used to pay off the remaining 12 months (or less) so if Sky have contacted you to say you can swap now for a new device then you shouldn't have to pay off the one you are using now and would return to them. You can check this out yourself here (under Swap your old device):

Make sure you take some photo's of the device you are sending back so should Sky say it is damaged then you have proof it was find when it left you.
