Sky +HD going back 24hrs within the guide

Hi there,

We have recently got our Sky+ installed and noticed there was a -24hrs button with the guide but whenever this is pressed we get a message stating there is no information available? Is there another way to view the programme that were previously on?

Many Thanks

That button doesn't work like that as it will only work if you have selected a channel, for example BBC 1 and pressed the yellow button to go forward 24 hours, then you can press the blue button to go back to the programs that are on right now. You can not go back in time with the Sky+ box.

Hi @caesarome,

Thank you for your reply! I see, is this a feature with Sky Q?

Many Thanks

The Sky Q TV guide works like the Sky+ one, you cannot time travel to the past

No, it works in the same way with Sky Q. You can't go back 24 hours from now, via the TV Guide.
