The volume is all that is working on the Sky remote.

@southwinds does the LED on the front panel of your Sky box flash when you point the remote at it and press one of the buttons? If not, it's most likely a faulty remote. You can get a replacement from many hardware stores and supermarkets or online.

no they don't...light up..so fear it is broken...we brought it in Sept...so will contact the supplier .
