Sky HD and Netflix add-ons - should be 2 months free?

Hi all,

Last week I got persuaded to add HD and Netflix to my Sky TV package, partly because I was expecting to get them both for free two months. However, after adding them I've looked at my current and future bills and there's no sign of either of them being free for 2 months, I'm immediately being fully charged for both.

I took screenshots of what I was signing up to, which I have attached below.

Can anyone please explain why I'm not getting the two free months and how to get them?

Thanks

Mark

Difficult to comment, I'm afraid, without seeing the terms and conditions of the offer. You may need to speak to Sky.
