Sky Go error code 0000 on windows 10 app
I recently signed up to a new package with sky and can't get sky go to work on my windows10 laptop (I get error code 0000).
Or on my android Samsung s21 (error code 400).
Please help as I'm now considering cancelling my package.

Re: Sky Go error code 0000 on windows 10 app
I also tried to use SKY Go for the first time on 13/10/2021 and I am getting exactly the same problems on Windows 10 and Android as the original poster described. If I find a solution I will post it here, but in the meantime I would very much like to see suggestions for a solution from other posters.

There isn't a solution at present @MelvynZ but Sky are aware of this and are investigating so hopefully a fix will be along soon.

Re: Sky Go error code 0000 on windows 10 app
I had my sky Q box installed today and hoped it might solve the problems but hasn't. There are numerous discussions in the forum referring to new customers being unable to use SKY Go on windows 10 (error 0000) or Android (error 400). It probably affects IPhone users too.
Some of the other discussions have responses which suggest that sky know this problem exists and which more recently say that sky have fixed it. They definitely haven't, at least not for me and, I suspect, not for many others. It is also very annoying that when using My Sky and looking at the status of various sky services it claims that the Apps have no problems.
If I wanted this sort of service and aggravation I would have stayed with BT. Not impressed.

Re: Sky Go error code 0000 on windows 10 app
I had a few private chats with the Sky Advisors on this forum. I didn't have to make any changes myself. Around 5pm yesterday (Wednesday 20/10/2021) Sky Go started working on both my Windows 10 PC and my Android phone. Hopefully everybody else experiencing this or similar problems will also find they are resolved, but if not, I recommend getting into a private chat on this forum. It seems to work.
