Sky Go crashes upon startup on Windows 10

Sky Go just crashes seconds after opening on my desktop. I have tried uninstalling and deleting the cisco and all hidden files and reinstalling. The only security is regular Windows Security so it's not my security software. Does anyone know what the issue might be and how to fix it?
