Sky doesn’t work on phone

My sky go doesn't work on my phone or laptop but will on my iPad. I just get a message saying there is a technical issue and the channel isn't available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and changed my password

Are you trying to watch live tv, if so does this appear when trying to view any channel, can you watch anything from Catchup ?

What ios version?

Yes iPhone and the latest software update.  I go to sign in and it instantly throws me out
