Sky Go Extra

Hi, 

2 questions- how do you know if you have sky go extra? 

Also I can only watch a recording on 1 device at a time I have multi room so should I be able to watch on more than 1? Whenever I try I get a message saying the maximum number of devices are already being used.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

@dmy24 The chat with the sky agent doesn't appear to have resolved the problem. I also followed the instructions within the My Sky app which said I'd receive an email within 24 hours  to confirm sky go extra was added to my account which I've also not received. Is there an update as the agent was referring something internally?

Is the chat bubble still available to you, if so try replying by asking the agent this.

Hi c-ostridge

 

Your previous chat is still open, can you try logging out then back in on Sky Community or try a different browser and let me know if the blue bubble comes back please.

 

If it doesn't then i will close the previous chat and send you an invite for a new one.
