Sky Glass and Discovery Plus

I cannot watch DIscovery Plus on Sky Glass. Tried all the tips, links, tutorials, videos.  Put in numerous activiation codes.  Noted there was the comment in December that Sky were aware there were ptoblems. Well we are in February and those problems are still there

I have a personal paid for subscription with login details that we're not part of sky Q offers. 

I had to refresh my apps which enabled me to finally sign in.
