I have Sky Stream and I'm getting the same error message when I switched it on. I restarted the puck and it's still the same.

We are in the same boat as you and if the very same mind. 

We were expecting so much more from a sky glass and we have been left sorely disappointed with issue after issue.  Includes having to reset the TV,  Puck and broadband router at regular intervals. Having to re-link

the router to TV seems to be a daily chore now.  Despite complaining to Sky CS numerous times, we are told that the equipment isn't faulty or outdated (had the same router box for 7 years!), but that the issue could be due to the "line of sight" lacking between the TV/Puck & router or the fact that there are "too many walls & floors" between the above! The solution was a signal booster, which improved things, but only slightly! 

The Glass TV itself is rubbish! It was hyped up to be all singing and dancing with Dolby Atmos soundbar and ultra HD playback. In reality, it's a piece of junk!

Our LG TV with soundbar far outperforms the Glass each and every time!

Many posts on this fault. Use your voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until Sky fix it apparently.

Sky glass not working#%*

My sky glass is not showing the home screen only saying sorry no programmes of this type available. Bit if u search will play via an app ie bbc iplayer so obviously the TV and not the broadband. I have done the usually restarts any ideas?

Has sky not recognised this issue yet and updated the service page so that everyone is not restarting TV and routers!!!!

You can use the mic on your remote as a work around until it's fixed , just ask for the tv guide or app you want .

I have the same error message. Tried switching off and on and unplugging. No luck. Internet is working fine.
