@Paddywackwack system wide fault. Voice control works while Sky fix it.

Same issue. Stuck on SKY cinema. Can move off using voice controls but home button takes me back to same problem. SKY Glass TV and all pucks have the same issue

Good morning @Kingy2kingy ,

There seems to be a widespread outage to Sky's TV service. If you hold the microphone button down on your remote and ask for the guide (or whatever you need) then that should bring up what you need and you can go from there. It's a temporary fix until sky sort themselves out.

Hi, if you press mic button and ask for a channel of your choice it gets round the streaming issue. Hope that works for you.

Many posts on this fault. Use your voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until Sky fix it apparently.

Same issue, stuck on a-z cinema, But... "Hello Sky Listings" or just "Listings" in to mic on remote gets more options for you to select from. Not a fix but better than nothing

Sky might be blissfully unaware how much their service is FUBARed if the app is anything to go by.

Morning all. I have the same issue with my Sky Glass Homepage not working. At least I'm not alone! Would be good if we had a way to manually rollback to the previous version. Hope the support team at Sky fix it soon!

Sky glass Home Screen not working. Locked on sky cinema. Only able to use voice control. What is going on!!! Would recommend sky glass, loads of issues over the last 4 months and only had it for 4 months.
