rebooted several times, changed batteries on remote, turned Wi-Fi on and off nothing working?

Sky glass has crashed, programmes of this type not available, tried all tv off etc reboot etc still the same nothing works, it's just been a rubbish system since install

Mine is the same as per other replies can get channels using voice remote

Same issue here. The mic is not working. Luckily internet is ok. Using the apps on the TV to watch the news.

Tried turning on and off ect ect . Not working. Very frustrating.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Will only show the A-Z of cinema screen. What is going on.

I've the same in bristol woke up to this not happy but I can get channels using voice control

This on top of the other frequent issues of loss of sound, lip sync and tv randomly switching off, it's becoming more frustrating by the day. 

come on Sky sort it out!

Same. Stuck on A-Z of films. No guide u less through voice. Don't bother trying to reset- doesn't work.

I am experiencing the same thing! I  talked to my tv to get programmes to load.
