Sky stream stuck on A-Z of sky cinema

Mine is same, I didn't manage to use the search function for a show and it took me to Netflix. Not ideal but a workaround.

I'm having exactly the same problem this morning. Only a small selection of Sky Cinema films available on my Glass TV.

Hi I have the same problem this morning if you use the voice control and ask for a channel it will allow you to watch however I still can't get into any apps or onto to guide

Same issue has every one else , home screen stuck on A-Z cinema,  home button not working , reboot done  no change . Only way to access channels is via voice control and saying TV Guide to access channels . Must be a software update with a bug ,Please SKY sort this out,  we pay enough for a service

Same issue on my Sky Stream Puck .. luckily voice remote works..  I've checked settings using voice and I've not had a firmware update so assume it's somethings Sky's end rather than the Puck itself.

Looking at settings by verbal command we have moved to Entertainment OS 1.1. Hope they can role it back.
