Only getting A-Z sky cinema on sky glass

I've got the same issue this morning, and it's not the first time this happened.

Let's hope someone from sky can sort this one out!

Sky are apparently rolling out a update to the new entertainment OS 1.1, apparently due to complete by tomorrow. Id suspect thats likely caused the problem.....

Mine is also stuck on sky movies, which is extremely annoying!

Happening with both pucks all I can do is search for programs no tv guide or anything

Mine seems to be the same. If you press the mic button on the remote and say 'Sky Guide' it lets you in. It's when you press the home button that the issue happens again.

Mine still not working 😭 been the same since 5am. Have to search everything with voice on the remote. I have A-Z of cinema and nothing else!! Reset the whole tv!!

Also same problem here in Kent, not sure if it's a firmware upgrade gone wrong or a problem with the backend servers but it would be nice if they tested updates before applying them or have someone on call when they see there is a problem with the platform which is after all a 24 hour 365 system. Not expecting 24 hour customer support but there should backend server support. Hopefully they sort it soon!

Same problem reported up and down the country.

Try using the voice control to go to a channel.

Not ideal, but at least you can watch something.

I can use voice command and then can change channels with the up and down button.

pressing Home sends it back to Sky Cinema though
