Same issue here this morning on my sky glass TV and 2 streaming boxes.

I found out voice controls work though as a workaround, however no main menu!

Stuck on sky cinema re booted several times no change voice control no joy either

Must be a world wide sky glass issue by the sounds of it

Same problem reported up and down the country.

Try using the voice control to go to a channel.

Not ideal, but at least you can watch something.

I wish Sky would reply to one of these posts instead of locking and moving them.

Same issue for me - Home button only shows me Sky Cinema .

Tried the usual power off and leave cycle but still not working. 

Lools like a major issue with Sky Glass for all users - this is terrible I wish I had never had this. I went 65" and have never had so many glitches and issues.

Make sure your voice control switched on on side of tv

Same problem, if Sky are listening is there anyway from this screen to access TV inputs (Hdmi or Aerial port)? Cannot get into main menus to access option to select.

Glad it's not just me. I have seen similar happened back in September where sky glass was stuck on Eddie Murphy films...... grateful for small mercy's it cinema its stuck on!

When I turn on my sky glass all I get is the blue screen and saying no information available home button doesn't even do anything have to use the microphone button to get onto the TV guide what's happening

Yes im getting the same...ever since ive had sky glass ive had problems..i tell everyone i know who hasn't got it never to get it

If you use the talk button and say 'what's on now?' It takes you to the normal menu

Same here - just glad that it isn't a broken TV!
