Sky glass screen stuck on sky cinema, won’t load from remote

This morning like others here, we only have A~Z Sky Cinema on our Home Screen.  I can use the microphone to get to channels, but no way of viewing channels, TV guide or anything else.

What's happened Sky? A software update? How long is this going to take to fix! And right at the weekend! 🤬

Hi I turned on Sky glass this morning and sky cinema screen is fixed on screen not homepage. Done all the reset processes and only way to get guide us with voice control can anyone offer any advice thank you

There's currently a widespread issue with Glass/Stream. Clearly it's a problem with Sky's backend and we're all at the mercy of the tech dude there eventually waking up and realising the system is currently dead.

Turned tv on and it's on the buy a movie page. Pressed home, reset tv, reset internet but won't move of that screen.

I can at least speaking to the remote and ask for the likes of ITV or anything. I know I want to watch,

Mine is the same stuck on sky cinema on sky glass. Switched off at wall and changed batteries in remote as well

Mine done the same thing but this morning not yesterday. I've tried a complete reconfigure of my broadband and the sky glass tv.
