Sky glass menu not working

Same issue here can't access any HDMI attachments can't go on my xbox can't go to normal menu can't go to any apps just stuck on sky cinema anyone been able to sort this out yet? Tried turning off, tried unplugging, and can't access any settings either.

Same issue. Using the mic allows you to watch a channel or go to guide. But no homescreen.

Sky Glass Main menu not showing. Message stating Sorry these types of programmes are unavailable. Restarted to no avail.

I have 4 stream pucks, dont have Glass TV, same probs all pucks. Voice command works to get to channels. If firmware update was attempted last night its bricked pucks and glass.

Try using voice control and saying HDMI 1

I'm using the microphone to go to xbox say hdmi and will work

Same here! The home page is not working and you can only watch TV by using the voice function

Argh! Me too! Powering off doesn't fix it!  I don't want to have to hard reset it and go through the pain of having to sign in to all those apps again!

Hi can anyone help me I've turned on my sky glass tv and a message has come up saying " sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available " it won't even show me the Home Screen can anyone help please?

My handset has stopped communicating with the tv. I've tried refreshing the tv, the router and also re pairing the handset. Has anyone else having problems ? / got any ideas to rectify the problem ?
