Sky Freeview with Q box how do I obtain a card?

I would like to have freeview view my sky a box. How do I do it please?

@Old+Boxer you cannot use a Q box just to watch the free channels. When you stop paying Sky the Q boxes have to be sent back to Sky who own them.

@Old+Boxer  You can't have freeview through a satellite dish.

 

Freeview is via an aerial.  If you asking to just have the free channels and cancel you subscription then I have bad news for you, you can't keep the Sky Q box as it is not yours to keep. 

 

If you cancel your Sky TV subs then the box must be returned.

You should be aware if you're still within you minimum term then you won't be able to cancel.

 

Edit:  If you asking for a card for the box, where is your original card, where did you get the box from?
