Sky Cinema & Boxset activation

i had sky installed yesterday and know and can see my package includes sky cinema and sky signature yet when i go into sky cinema or catchup on the side menu on home page and select a movie or box set it tells me i have to upgrade my subscription to watch, how do i get the system to recognise my account has these packages?

For most content the default listing will find an HD version for which you'd need the HD add-on: do you subscribe to that too?

@Mithiril  It's known issue for some new installs. It could reset itself but you may need to call Sky and get them to reset something

@Mithiril  It's known issue for some new installs. It could reset itself but you may need to call Sky and get them to reset something
