Sky App not working even after uninstalling it and installing it again

Anyone know how to get the sky app to work properly.  Its either got errors or it just hangs on the sky page.  I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but its just the same. Rubbish.

@Jamartin  What device is this on?  If you could advise please?  Have you also tried to uninstall the app reboot the device then reinstall it?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
