Since changing to sky fibre broadband the skygo app won't load on my tablet

Do other apps load up OK on your iPad, if so have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your Ipad then installing the app again ?

Yes all over apps work and I've deleted, rebooted and reinstalled twice with no luck. The app appears to be loading then I get a blank screen and it closes
