Signals

Hi everyone I'm looking for help as I have no signal coming up on my tv, now I know what it is. It's because of the big scaffolding an its blocking the signal, but the scaffold company are saying it's up to sky to put it on their scaffold but sky are saying it's up to the scaffold company, all the while I can not watch tv but also the biggest laugh is I still need to pay my sky bill. Help a lady out please

Definately the scaffold company who have cause the problem so they need to fix it or at least pay for the dish to be temporarily moved then put back again when they have finished
