Shocking connection + not getting minimum guaranteed internet for weeks straight
Evening folks.
Just looking for some opinions on my next move.
I am forever having Internet problems, for example I'm looking at my Internet drop 20+ times in the past hour. To the extent where I disconnected everything, turned it back on for it to drop again within 30 seconds of 3 green lights. I also have a guaranteed minimum of 55mbps for my Internet, best I've had over the past weeks is 49, now dropping to 40mbps.
Is anyone else getting such a regular occurance?

Along with this my Internet is still dropping this morning, the same as it was doing last night

@NikolasBendtner without the hub's stats members cannot really help so I have escalated your post to Sky as the fault nedds checking out by an engineer. I am surprised to trst dod not offer that option as it normally does.
Expectvan invitation to a personal chat with a Sky agent through the forum where a blue chat button will appear.
