Scammers look legit

Just a post to hopefully help you and your security stay safe. Yesterday I received a text message saying, (Sky: We have been unable to take payment for your most recent bill. Please update your information to avoid extra charges:[removed the link]. The billing date is correct, I didn't click on the link I just contacted sky instead and explained this message and that my direct debits are showing active on my account. The customer service guy assured me that it's a scam and everything is in order. I thought it was weird because the sender didn't come up as sky, it was a +44 number.
