Scam Calls - Router not performing

Just received a scam call from 0 2 0 8 3 9 3 5 1 9 8 (nice try by obviously not a sky number) - stating Broadband performance reducing day by day and wanted to check a device, they even gave a fake employee number when I asked! Needless to call went no further!!

@APS5  Numerous threads about this a simple search for Scam Calls would return at least a a dozen or so. These are posted on an almost daily basis, the search bar at the top of the page is your friend.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
