So here's my issue both me and my partner have sky superfast both pay the same monthly amount we live about 30ft away from each other yet her Internet speed is way above mine I'm getting around 35mbps and that's wired on my pc whilst she's getting 55-62mbps using WiFi on her phone. How is hers SO much faster than mine when we have exactly the same subscription, router, and live so close.. Its really annoying

Also is anyone able to delete the comment that I posted which I thought was my stats? Don't really want all that info up there. Google says I need an oracle or something to remove it?

You possibly have a raised noise margin that could give you an extra 9-12Mbps. Whether sky do anything about it depends on your guaranteed minimum speed

Minimum is 34 and average should be 34-51 I just can't understand why she's getting upwards of 60 using WiFi. That's double mine using ethernet cable
